Student Spotlight: Zenghui, Online MPH Master of Public Health

We speak to Zenghui Ma, a student on the Online MPH Master of Public Health taught at the UCL Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care. Hear what Zenghui has to say about her course.

Zenghui, why did you choose to study your programme?

Before I started this programme, I was a Medical Researcher and through my work I discovered my interest in population-level research. I went on to realise that I needed further training to pursue a career in population-level research, so here I am!

What have you enjoyed most about the programme so far?

My past experience with medical research made me more and more focused on the individual level, but this programme provides me with a much broader view to look at health and the world.

Are you interested in any specific careers after your studies? If so, what are your future career goals?

I think I will pursue health-related research work, but this programme offers me many more directions to choose from.
